We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our thriving Bar & Bistro in East Lothian, located just a 20-minute drive from Edinburgh Waverley.

The Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager. You will be a hands-on leader, essential to our daily operations and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager in leading the team and driving daily service.
• Coaching and developing staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensuring seamless operations throughout the venue.
• Assisting with scheduling, financial reporting, and inventory management.
