| Associate Building Surveyor | Exeter Up to £80k + benefits Ready to take the next step in your Building Surveying career? I’m working with an award-winning, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to its growing Exeter team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than simply delivering projects. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own clients and workload, support the development of the wider team and play an important part in the continued growth of the Building Surveying service across Exeter and the South West. The Role You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects and professional instructions, collaborating with colleagues across a range of in-house disciplines. Your role will include: - Delivering a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying services - Managing projects from initial brief through to completion - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Providing technical advice and solutions across a variety of property types - Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team - Identifying opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships - Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Exeter team The multidisciplinary environment means you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside professionals across areas including architecture, project management, quantity surveying, building services and other specialist disciplines.  About You Ideally, you’ll be an established Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with strong technical knowledge and experience delivering projects and professional instructions. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of your workload, dealing directly with clients and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. Importantly, you’ll also have the ambition to develop your career beyond purely technical delivery, whether that’s through team leadership, client development or growing your commercial responsibilities. Already an Associate? Great. Equally, if you’re an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who feels ready to make the step up, this could provide exactly that opportunity. Why Consider It?
