| Automotive Paint Sprayer Full-time ongoing work Pay rate : £14.73 per hour Hours of work are : 0600-1330 / 1330-2100 (rotating weekly) Premium rates for overtime Free parking, excellent working environment Are you looking for a long-term position working as a Paint Sprayer with a view on earning an excellent rate of up to £14.73 per hour, with plenty of opportunities to work overtime? We are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join a key automotive supplier, conveniently located in the heart of Birmingham. This is a renowned manufacturer of car parts and engine solutions, building frames for several major automotive brands. They are a progressive, fast-paced factory, offering the possibility of fixed term contracts once workers have successfully proven themselves. All applicants for this role MUST hold experience as a Paint Sprayer in a previous role. Responsibilities: - Preparing Materials for Spraying - Painting a surface using a sprayer or a brush - Keep area clean and tidy - Mask and Protect parts not to be painted or coated - Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags or unpainted areas - Maintain and wear all PPE including respirators - Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.
