We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic bartenders and bar support staff to work across prestigious venues in Central London.
Positions Available:
- Bartenders (all levels, including cocktail and fine dining experience)
- Barbacks / Bar Support Staff
- Mixologists
- Hospitality Professionals with bar experience in contract catering or events
Pay: £12.71 - £14.80 per hour + accurate holiday pay
(Pay rate may vary depending on experience and client)

Requirements:
- Fully uniformed: black shirt/white shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes (tie may be required depending on venue)
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates preferred
- Must be over 18 years old
- Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality bar service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Manage multiple drink orders in high-volume environments
- Handle cash/card payments accurately (where required)
- Restock and monitor bar inventory throughout service
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events
