We are looking for a passionate and personable Bartender to join the team at an exclusive and highly prestigious private members' club in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for discerning members and guests. You will be confident behind the bar, have an excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines, and understand the importance of discretion, attention to detail and highly personalised service. The successful candidate will be someone who understands that at this level of hospitality, it is often the small details that make the biggest difference. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve an exceptional range of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks to the highest standards.
- Deliver warm, discreet and highly personalised service to members and their guests.
- Develop strong relationships with members, recognising preferences and anticipating their needs wherever possible.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the drinks menu and confidently make recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Ensure the bar is impeccably presented, clean, organised and fully stocked at all times.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, service and attention to detail.
- Follow all licensing, health and safety requirements.
- Process orders and payments accurately and professionally.
- Assist with stock management, deliveries, rotation and stock counts.
- Work closely with colleagues across the club to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Support the wider team wherever required to maintain the club's exceptionally high standards.

- Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Warm, personable and naturally engaging.
- Experienced working behind a bar within a luxury hotel, private members' club, fine dining restaurant or similarly high-end environment.
- Highly knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, wines and premium drinks.
- Naturally discreet and understands the importance of confidentiality when working with high-profile and discerning members.
- Attentive to detail with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
- Well presented, polished and professional.
- Confident in building long-term relationships with regular members and guests.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Calm, composed and professional at all times.
