| Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA required in Chelmsford, Essex. Our client is a well-established Automotive Bodyshop in the Chelmsford area.  They are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA to join their friendly and busy team! Good work ethics are needed, working well in a team as well as under your own initiative is important alongside following instruction from Bodyshop Manager. The Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA role will be to: - Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area. - Provide hospitality to customers if they come onto the site. - Receive and distribute incoming mail, emails, and deliveries. - Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, ensuring all correspondence is professionally presented, grammatically accurate, and aligned with company tone and standards. - Assist in producing estimates for customers Details & Benefits of this Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA vacancy include: - Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus - Working Hours Monday to Friday 45 hours per week - Holiday Allowance of 28 inclusive of Bank Holidays - Uniform and PPE supplied. - Training to become a quailified VDA This is a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA to join a highly successful motor trade business who rewards hard work and offers you the opportunity to further your skills.
