Position: Branch Co-ordinator Location: Central Bristol Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30/8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday finish at 4:30pm Salary: £27,000 Are you looking to start a rewarding career in recruitment? We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and confident Branch Co-ordinator to join our well-established team in Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - no prior experience required You'll be working in our newly refurbished office located in the heart of Bristol, with parking provided. You'll join a friendly and supportive team that's passionate about what they do. Key Responsibilities: " Format CVs to showcase candidates in the best possible light " Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants " Act as the first point of contact on reception for applicants " Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member " Assist the Branch Manager with various projects and administrative tasks " Take minutes during meetings " Prepare and format presentations What We're Looking For: " A positive, can-do attitude " Confidence in communicating over the phone with candidates and clients " Strong organisational and time management skills " A willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry If you're excited about building a career in recruitment and enjoy helping people, find their perfect job, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
