Breakfast Chef

Berkeley Scott are partnering with an award winning Hotel and Spa based in the Staffordshire countryside who are looking for a Breakfast Chef. Based in a stunning location and working alongside a large team of chef's, the Breakfast Chef will be working with locally sourced produce.

Shifts Occur 5/7 Days - 0600 - 1530

What we're looking for in the perfect Breakfast Chef

• Have previous experience in a similar role within a quality-focused kitchen, hotel, or resort.
• Have a genuine passion for food, particularly breakfast service and presentation.
• Have experience working with high volumes while maintaining consistency.
• Have excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Have a sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or higher).
• Have the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, early-morning kitchen environment.
• Have physical stamina for long shifts and the ability to stand for extended periods.
