- At least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst in Operational Change - A natural communicator, who can act as a conduit between the operation and other business functions to bring change together - Strategic thinker, who implements best practice like 2nd nature - Displays excellent analytical thinking, with an evidence-based approach to decision making - Strong organisation, with exceptional planning and self-management capability - Able to manage multiple projects across people, process and technology to meet business needs and outcomes - Solid understanding of change methodologies, principles and techniques
