| Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Newport area Working for an Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand. You can expect On Target Earnings of £55,000 with a base salary of £55,000 with the working hours of: 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday.  Benefits: - Strong basic salary in place, which will be discussed further upon application. - Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £55,000+ per annum based on departmental performance. - Personal company car. - 30 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it). - Access to full manufacturer-accredited training and development - Workplace pension scheme, staff purchase discounts, and various other additional staff perks/benefits. - Fantastic long-term career prospects with a large car dealer group established across Southwest England and South Wales.  - 5 days per week, which will be between Monday and Saturday, with a scheduled day off within the week. - You will be required to work a Thursday late shift on a 1 in 6/7 rota in this role. - No Sundays are required except during March and September. Sunday working hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
