Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Business exams
• Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to departmental planning
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Business Studies in UK secondary schools
• Be passionate about business, economics, and student development
• Be confident in behaviour management and building strong relationships with students
• Be committed to professional growth and collaborative working
