This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone with experience in caretaking, facilities, building maintenance, property services or general DIY who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within caretaking, facilities, property maintenance or a similar hands-on role
  • Good DIY and general maintenance skills
  • Experience carrying out basic repairs and upkeep tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Basic administration and record-keeping skills
  • Flexibility to undertake agreed on-call responsibilities when required

Experience in building maintenance, decorating, facilities management or estate caretaking would be advantageous.

What's On Offer

  • Salary of £26,460 per annum
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 40-hour working week with some flexibility
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free on-site parking
  • Supportive management team
  • Stable and varied working environment
  • Potential accommodation option available, subject to discussion
