Job Description

Carpenter / Steel Fixer – Railway Station Accessibility Project

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Steel Fixer to join a railway station accessibility improvement project, assisting with the construction of an accessible footpath.

Location:
Fledborough Road, Fledborough, Newark, NG22 0FX

Start Date:
WC 2nd February

Duration:
Approx. 2 months

Duties:

Fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) for foundations, slabs, and footpath works

Formwork construction and temporary structures as required

Working alongside groundworkers and plant operators

Following all site health and safety procedures

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Relevant steel fixing or carpentry experience

Ability to read drawings and work accurately

Strong health and safety awareness

Able to work as part of a team
