General Hospitality Assistant / Front of House – Flexible Agency Work

Job Summary

Looking for flexible hospitality work? We're recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistants to join our Front of House agency team.

You'll work across a range of exciting venues including hotels, restaurants, conference centres, stadiums, private events, corporate hospitality, universities, and visitor attractions. Every shift is different, offering variety, flexibility, and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
• Support food and beverage service.
• Set up and clear dining and event areas.
• Assist with buffet service, conferences, banqueting, and events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Work as part of a busy hospitality team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, retail, customer service, or Front of House is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in busy environments.
• Flexible availability.
• Right to work in the UK.
