 WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the school catering team, helping to provide a smooth and efficient meal service.

Your duties can include:

• Preparing food and ingredients
• Serving meals to pupils and staff
• Assisting during busy lunch periods
• Washing up and cleaning kitchen areas
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider catering team

 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for enthusiastic Catering Assistants who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and positive
• Able to work well within a team
• Previous catering experience is desirable
• Enhanced DBS required
• 2 references required
• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Food Allergen Certificate or willingness to obtain

 NO DBS? THAT'S OKAY!
