Chef de Partie - Fast-Paced Café Kitchen (Wetherby) | £14.42 p/h | Full-Time / Temp

Hours: 5 days out of 7 | 9-hour shifts | No late nights (latest 8:30pm)

We're looking for a Chef de Partie with strong experience in fast-paced, high-volume, fresh-food service. You'll run your own section, cook to order, and keep service moving smoothly in our busy all-day kitchen in Wetherby.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare dishes quickly and consistently during busy service

• Run your section confidently (grill, breakfast, salads, pastry, etc.)

• Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef with prep and daily operations

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety (HACCP/allergens)

• Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste

• Support and guide junior chefs during service

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Senior Commis Chef

• Strong background in fast service, all-day dining, café, brunch, or casual dining

• Able to work quickly while maintaining quality

• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

• Team-focused, reliable, and ready to start immediately

• Flexible to work weekends/weekday shifts on rotation
