An established and highly successful hospitality group in Pitlochry is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join its professional brigade across two busy and contrasting kitchen environments.

This role offers outstanding development, exposure to different cooking styles, and the chance to work with a passionate team committed to quality.

The Role

• Running your section with confidence and consistency
• Preparing and delivering high-quality fresh food

• Solid experience as a Chef de Partieor strong Commis ready to step up
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking
