Job Description

Live in Chef De Partie role for a 3 Rosette restaurant based in the North Pennines. Stunning location working alongside a team of 6 Chef's. Everything is sourced locally, with shooting season being a highlight of the year. With that said, there's currently a big push for a Green Star. 34 Cover Restaurant. Open Wednesday - Sunday dinner /  Thursday - sunday Lunch
