Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets health and safety regulations
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in UK
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and Allergen Certificate (if you do not have training to be given to secure)
