We are delighted to be partnering with an independent chef?led Mexican restaurant in Hammersmith, known for its vibrant food identity, warm atmosphere, and uncompromising commitment to quality. Led by a talented chef?patron and a small, focused senior team, this is a kitchen where creativity, precision, and authenticity come together to deliver exceptional dishes inspired by regional Mexican cooking.

The restaurant operates with a refined, ingredient?driven approach — fresh masa, bold flavours, open?fire techniques, and a menu that evolves with the seasons. This is an ideal environment for a Chef de Partie who wants to deepen their technical skills, work with specialist produce, and grow under hands?on mentorship.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• £40,000 per annum
• 48?hour contract
• Dinner service Wednesday–Friday, lunch & dinner Saturday–Sunday
• General finish time around 10:30pm
• Daily covers ranging from 50–90
• Authentic Mexican cuisine with a modern, chef?driven twist

• A passionate, reliable Chef de Partie with a strong foundation in reputable kitchens Someone eager to learn new techniques, work with specialist Mexican ingredients, and develop under an experienced chef?patron
• A chef who thrives in a small, collaborative team and communicates clearly during service
• A positive, committed individual who takes pride in consistency, organisation, and professional growth
