Temporary Chef de Partie  – Contract Catering

Temporary Chef de Partie (CDP) in contract means working at a variety of client sites (corporate offices, events, colleges and venues). The role focuses on providing essential support to the kitchen team.

What the role involves:

• Locations: Corporate Buildings, Events, In-House / Contract Catering sites.
• Duties: Cooking specific sections, the ability to work as part of a team in diverse settings, prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards, keeping your station spotless and well stocked.
• Contract Type: Flexible, Temporary with opportunity for ongoing work.
• Key Benefits:  Competitive Hourly rates with weekly pay £16-£18 per hour depending on experience and client

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with at least one year's experience in the UK
• Full Uniform: Chef’s whites, own knives, kitchen safety shoes
• Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates (must-have, if you do not hold we can provide free training to receive this).
• The ability to follow instructions and always remain professional.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to keep busy.
• The ability to work in high-volume kitchens that are demanding and fast paces.
• Must be available for core hours 07:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
