About the Role

Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to support a variety of hospitality and catering operations across Stafford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Chef Manager who enjoys leading teams, maintaining exceptional standards, and delivering high-quality food service. As a Chef Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure clients receive an outstanding catering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of busy kitchen operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Support menu planning and operational efficiency

Requirements

To be considered for this Chef Manager position, you must have:

• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
• Food Allergen Awareness Certificate
• Own transport preferred due to multiple site locations
• Previous Chef Manager experience within a high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A professional and reliable approach to work
