Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join a busy and professional transport operation based in Sandford.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe, efficient, and professional service to customers across the UK. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering alcoholic products to RDCs, retail stores, and warehouse locations nationwide.
• Completing planned out-and-back routes while ensuring deliveries are made safely and on time.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
• Communicating effectively with the transport team regarding delivery progress and any operational issues.
• Managing driving hours and working time in full compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programmes to maintain and enhance professional skills.

Essential Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Licence.
• A current Driver CPC qualification card.
• A valid UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good geographical knowledge and route-planning ability.
