Class 1 Driver
Location: Worksop
Shifts: Monday - Friday, start times from 01:00 - 02:00
Pay Rate: £15.84 - £17.12
We are looking for a reliable Class 1 Driver to join our team, completing deliveries from our Worksop depot.
Key Responsibilities - Carry out daily vehicle and load checks, ensuring loads are secure and correctly strapped before departure.
- Deliver to distribution centres, including B&Q and Screwfix.
- Reverse safely onto loading bays, where warehouse staff will unload the trailer.
- Return to the depot with an empty trailer, where you will either be reloaded or complete a trailer swap.
- Complete up to 3 runs per shift.
- Follow all road transport and health & safety regulations.
Requirements - Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Experience reversing onto loading bays.
- Good understanding of load security and vehicle safety checks.
- Safety boots and a hi-vis vest are required.
