Class 2 Driver Permanent Location: Fenstanton
We are looking for a dependable and proactive class 2 driver to support efficient goods delivery and day-to-day depot operations with our client servicing the agriculture sector. This is a hands-on role combining transport duties with operational oversight. You will support with servicing 5-7 clients a day based on transport routes and requirements. Set up is through annualised hours, mostly working through fair weather months working through and around scenic and countryside routes, with a more advantageous, balanced work life with reduced hours over winter with guaranteed pay regardless! Key Responsibilities - Safely load, drive, and unload delivery vehicles in line with all legal and company guidelines.
- Deliver goods accurately, using the most efficient and cost-effective routes.
- Keep vehicle records and tachographs up to date.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects.
- Present a professional, courteous image always.
- Support general depot duties as needed by the management team.
- Support with on loading and off loading of goods where required.
What You Bring - Valid UK driving licence, CPC(essential).
- ADR (desirable)
- Forklift licence and BASIS Storekeeper qualification (desirable).
- Familiarity with local routes and safe product storage practices.
- Strong IT, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in distribution or agricultural logistics (desirable).
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a team-first approach.

Competitive Salary - Annualised Hours (£29.5K). Monday - Friday - Core working hours 8am - 4:30/5pm - Flexibility required over peak periods with very rare occasion to work weekends. If you would be interested in knowing more please contact your local branch!  |
