Job Description


Every successful delivery helps keep projects moving, and your reliability is what customers remember. This Class 2 Driveropportunity offers consistent weekday work, excellent earning potential and the chance to secure a permanent position with a well-established employer operating a modern fleet.

 
What’s in it for you

- £16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Enhanced weekend rates of up to £20.00 per hour
- Average weekly take-home pay of £700–£900

Your responsibilities as Class 2 Driver – Days

- Complete multi-drop deliveries of building products to customer sites
- Drive modern curtain-sided vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide a professional, customer-focused delivery service
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure all transport documentation is completed accurately
- Assist with minimal manual handling where required
- Follow all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures

 

What we’re looking for in a Class 2 Driver – Days

- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous
- Ability to provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Safety boots and high-visibility vest

 

Working Hours
Monday to Friday with early starts between 4:00am and 6:00am. Average shift length is approximately 10 hours, with optional weekend work available at enhanced rates.
