Commercial Cleaner – Kendal & Cumbria Area What You'll Be Doing
- General cleaning of healthcare and commercial environments
- Hoovering, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning washrooms, staff areas, and communal spaces
- Emptying bins and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Following site-specific cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to a professional standard
Location
Work is available across sites in and around Kendal and the wider Cumbria area. Pay Rate
- £12.71 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay accrued
Shift Information
- Ongoing work available from 30th June 2026 to 2nd September 2026
- Typical shift times: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shifts are available throughout the week; however, work is not guaranteed every day and schedules may vary based on client requirements
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
- Flexible working patterns depending on site needs
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Standard DBS certificate required
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards is advantageous
