We're Hiring: Client Services Co-ordinator Office Based | Full-Time | £28,000 About the Role Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Client Services Co-ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring smooth, accurate service delivery to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities - Write, post, and update job adverts in line with client needs. - Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system. - Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers. - Support the Account Team with all recruitment and administrative tasks. - Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and induction processes. - Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless service. - Assist with payroll queries, holiday tracking, and reporting. - Produce weekly reports and recruitment statistics. What You'll Bring - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - A calm, professional approach to problem-solving. - Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment support. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems. - A commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
