Cloud Support Manager – £73K/£75K + Benefits - Fixed Term Contract to March 2027 – Hybrid / Milton Keynes The successful candidate will be someone who can do more than just manage platforms, you’ll need the ability to lead a team through complexity. You’ll be leading a team (and sometimes 3rd party suppliers) responsible for running, supporting, and improving our clients Azure platforms and infrastructure. That means balancing day-to-day stability with long-term improvement. You’ll need to set a clear direction and get people aligned behind it – then make sure things get done. You’ll report into Head of Software Delivery and work closely with other software driven teams under his umbrella to play a key role in delivering change across systems that are central to the organisations purpose. To apply you should have the following background, skills and experience: - Essential to have an experienced people management background – demonstrable experience of / and be happy to get hands dirty with day to day team management (team leadership, setting direction/task management, supporting individual development, motivation, discipline, sickness, holidays, KPIs,  but with the ability to get involved with a higher leadership role to support Head of Software Delivery  - Good level of technical knowledge, in the management in the Azure platforms and the Security of systems in complex, high-stakes and regulated environments where uptime matters (knows what looks good) – very important to be able to technically lead the team, prioritise the work, and ensure delivery targets and SLAs are achieved. - Some ITIL knowledge - 3rd party liaison experience  Benefits: - 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown. - Flexible working and genuine investment in your development. - 35-hour week. - Excellent pension (6% - 11.5% employer contribution). - Enhanced family leave and more!
