CNC Miller/Setter/Operator - Choice of Shift | Up to £35K + Overtime + Bonus

Salary: £35,000 + Shift Premiums + Bonus + Overtime

Shifts Available:
Early Shift (plus 10% Shift Premium)
Day Shift
Evening Shift (plus 10% Shift Premium)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, long-established engineering firm in Exeter, supplying machined components to blue-chip clients across multiple industries. Due to sustained growth, we're expanding the team and looking for an experienced CNC Miller/Setter/Operator to work on a wide variety of parts - from batch runs to prototypes and one-offs.

• Set and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines
• Work to tight tolerances using technical drawings and inspection tools
• Edit programs on Fanuc controls as required (full programming a plus)
• Choose from three fixed shift options that suit your lifestyle
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in a clean, modern workshop

• CNC Setter/Operator with milling or turning experience
• Confident working with Fanuc controls
• Able to read engineering drawings and use a range of measuring equipment
• Based in or around Exeter or willing to relocate (Newton Abbot, Tiverton, Honiton, etc.)

• £35,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Shift premiums (10%) for Early and Evening shifts
• Premium overtime rates (1.33x weekdays, 1.5x weekends)
• Annual performance bonus
• Training and upskilling in programming, CMM, CAD/CAM
