The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines

• Work with modern Haas and DMG machinery

• Manufacture high-precision components for the aerospace industry

• Machine a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and specialist aerospace alloys

• Ensure components meet strict quality and tolerance requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC programming within the aerospace sector

• Strong background in 3 & 5 axis milling

• Experience using CAM software such as Mastercam, HyperMill, Powermill, NX, or similar

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
