We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bar Manager for a busy city centre bar in Edinburgh.  Someone who is passionate about cocktails is essential.  You will be a Cocktail Bar Manager who has experience in other busy bars and understands the nature of the business.

You will be in charge of general running of the bar.  With growth and development you have the option to move up if you can demonstrate wage control and sales initiative.  There will be a bonus tied to sales to ensure you are rewarded for pushing the venue’s marketing as well as operations.

This is a cocktail bar and so you will be a Cocktail Bar Manager who can train the team, design cocktails and menus and have ideas tied around cocktails.  You will ensure that stock, wastage, wages are all controlled.  You will report to a General Manager who oversees more than one site so you will often be on your own.  Therefore we need a Cocktail Bar Manager who can manage people and control service.
