Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding commercial window cleaning and exterior restoration business, is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Window & Exterior Cleaner to join their professional team.

What's on Offer
- £27,000 - £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- £650 joining bonus following successful completion of probation
- Monthly performance bonus - up to 15% additional earnings
- Paid overtime, including Saturdays

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Overtime and occasional weekend work available
Key Responsibilities
- Internal and external window cleaning
- Operating reach & wash systems, ladders, and MEWPs
- Carrying out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal
- Working safely at height in line with regulations
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
Candidate Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Own vehicle required - travel to and between sites is necessary
- Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or working at height is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
