We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to support our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone early in their culinary journey who wants to learn in an inspiring and innovative environment.

About the Role:

As Commis Chef, you will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards. You’ll rotate through sections, gaining a broad understanding of kitchen operations, and will work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior chefs with daily prep and service
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
• Show a willingness to learn and grow within the role

What We Offer:

• Base salary of £27,900 per annum
• 10% non-standard working hours shift allowance
• Share of gratuities
• 37 days annual leave (including public holidays)

About You:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or recent culinary training
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a high-end operation
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
• Full UK driving licence essential
