We’re on the lookout for a talented Compensation and Benefits Manager to join a high-performing team within a leading, fast-paced financial services organisation.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll manage and enhance the remuneration framework across the UK and EMEA, providing data-driven insights and expert guidance to HR and business stakeholders. You'll lead cyclical compensation activities, support business decision-making with robust analysis, and ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Shape and continuously improve the reward strategy and framework.
- Manage annual remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and share plans.
- Provide expert advice on all compensation-related matters across the business.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
- Ensure compliance with remuneration-related legislation and governance requirements.
- Lead benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and employee communication.
- Support payroll and HR operations with remuneration and benefits processes.
- Deliver complex data modelling and reporting for initiatives like gender equity pay reviews and incentive programs.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a reward and benefits role gained in a financial services or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and benefits design.
- Previous experience of equity pay, LTIPs and share plans.
- Skilled in data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
- Experience managing benefit providers and leading cyclical compensation processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
