Job Title: Compliance Administrator & Business Support Location: Redditch (Office Based) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A dynamic organisation based in Redditch is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support multiple departments including sales, engineering, accounts, and mainly compliance. Playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the business. Quality & Compliance Support - Support internal audits and assist with preparing and maintaining related documentation. - Keep staff training records and certifications up to date and accurate. - Monitor subcontractor certifications, ensuring all documentation remains valid. - Provide wider compliance support through data entry, document management, and admin tasks. - Complete and log routine fire safety checks, emergency light testing, and legionella monitoring in the office. - Assist with employee onboarding, including inductions and security vetting. - Help coordinate and track corrective actions following audits or inspections. Sales & Operations Support - Prepare key sales and operations documents, including O&M manuals. - Raise and process orders required by the sales and operations teams. - Oversee purchasing of office supplies and other business requirements. - Work with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, and ensure prompt delivery. - Maintain records of purchase orders and delivery confirmations. - Provide general support to the sales team as needed. Requirements: - Proven office-based experience with strong administrative and organisational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership - Comfortable working to deadlines and as part of a team - Previous experience with compliance (e.g., ISO) is beneficial but not essential If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience for this position please click apply or email your CV to Holly.Bevan@pertemps.co.uk. |
