This is an operational role. We're looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to oversee our events department, ensuring high standards and memorable guest experiences every time. This role combines strategy, operations, and team development to deliver outstanding results. You will be a Conference and Banqueting Manager who has experience in this role and who excels in managing people. You will also be experienced with large functions over 400 pax and multiple functions running at the same time. About the Role As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you'll take ownership of the events department, leading your team to exceed service expectations while managing budgets, sales targets, and operational standards. Reporting to the F&B Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager, you'll drive our brand values and customer-focused approach while ensuring budgeted profitability and growth.
