CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR:
Key responsibilities (not an exhaustive list). Play an integral role in providing comprehensive and accurate legal advice and guidance to existing and new clients to the firm. Working with a very diverse range of clients and handling your own caseload. Maintaining accurate, detailed and up to date case files, ensuring confidentiality is maintained and all data protection regulations are adhered to. Take an active role in business development activities within the Commercial department and across the wider firm. You should have experience in, claims in the construction, engineering and energy sectors, professional negligence claims involving construction professionals, adjudication and adjudication enforcement work, arbitration, litigation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to include mediation.

Attendance and participation at group meetings. Be effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for themselves and others. Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts, referrers, and endeavour to promote the firm in your professional and personal life. In tune with the firm’s mission statement and core values and committed to demonstrating and developing these. A team player within the group and firm as a whole. Efficient, well organised, and timely.
