Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm (Saturday’s you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4)
Onsite - Northampton 

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading, motivating, and developing a team across customer service and sales activities
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture where people feel supported and empowered
- Coaching team members through regular feedback, 1:1s, and on-the-job guidance
- Monitoring performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Managing day-to-day operations, including workload planning and team organisation
- Stepping in to support the team during busy periods or complex customer interactions

What We’re Looking For You don’t need industry-specific experience to succeed here—what matters most is your ability to lead, inspire, and bring out the best in others.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- An experienced team leader in a customer service or sales environment
- A confident communicator who can engage and motivate different personalities
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to juggle priorities
- Passionate about coaching and developing people
- Comfortable working with performance data and targets
- Empathetic and patient, especially when supporting customers with different needs

What You’ll Get in Return

- Competitive salary: £32,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonus scheme (approx. 10% OTE)
