Are you an experienced administrator with a background in finance or contracts support? I'm working with a well-established construction and maintenance company that’s looking to bring a Finance / Contracts Administrator on board to support their commercial and operational teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and rewarding role with long-term stability and room to grow.
The Role:Â
- Managing contract documentation from start to finish - Processing purchase orders and subcontractor certificates - Issuing and tracking invoices and payments - Uploading drawings and handling general admin tasks - Supporting with month-end and year-end reports - Managing company fleet (e.g. MOTs, road tax) and IT inventory (laptops, phones)
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance support role - Construction industry background is advantageous (but not essential – training provided) - Confident with MS Office and general digital systems - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
