| Electrical Contracts Manager Retail projects - installation and refurb Based in Devon, travel to Cardiff & Swindon Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with a background in Retail? Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, an established contractor is seeking a commercially astute Electrical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. You'll take ownership of retail projects, typically up tot £15k each, and oversee up to 4 at a time on a fast tracked programme of 12 weeks. What You'll Bring - Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the retail sector. - Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget. - An electrical trade background with a solid understanding of installation and project delivery. - Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills. - A stable career history with recognised contractors and a track record of successful project delivery.
