| Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid | Tamworth Salary: £52,000–£54,000 DOE + Bonus Family-run organisation We’re seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our friendly, well-established, family-run firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. About the Role You’ll deliver high-quality, timely legal services to a varied client base, managing your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department. The role offers hybrid working, with both full-time and part-time options available to suit the right candidate. Key Responsibilities - Provide expert advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters - Maintain strong client relationships and help develop new business opportunities - Manage an agreed caseload efficiently, using the firm’s systems and procedures - Meet annual fee-earning targets and maintain excellent billing practices - Ensure all work is completed to the highest professional standards What We’re Looking For - A minimum of 2 years’ PQE is essential - Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer - Robust corporate and commercial experience (2+ years) - Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients’ business needs - Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills - Ability to prioritise effectively and handle competing deadlines - Confident in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Why Join Us? - Competitive salary (£52–£54k depending on experience) - Bonus scheme - Full and part-time opportunities - Hybrid working - Supportive, family-run working environment with real opportunity for growth If you’re a dedicated Corporate and Commercial Lawyer looking for your next role within a warm, approachable team, we’d love to hear from you. |
