Job Responsibilities- Operate counter balance forklift trucks to safely move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse
- Ensure accurate stacking and storage of products, adhering to health and safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock organisation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Shifts 3days on 3days off
- Day & Night shifts you will have to in this role
- You will be doing loads of walking within the warehouse
Required Skills & Qualifications- Valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating counter balance forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks and operate machinery
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and loading functions, as required
- Unload inbound shipments safely & move product to holding & storage locations.Maintain the efficient
- movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the factory facility in accordance with organizational policy and procedure.
