Job Description

Manpower is recruiting for one of our leading Builders Merchant clients in Haddington. We are looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver & General Yard operative to join a well-established, rapidly growing company on a temporary basis.
This role will initially be for 5 weeks but has the potential to be an ongoing after this period depending on performance.

Duties will involve:

  • Loading and unloading products safely and in a timely manner, working in accordance with company's safe system of work.
  • Keeping the yard clean and tidy
  • Stacking stock product safely in the Yard in adherence to the correct Company procedure
  • Ensuring goods are checked, accounted for, and loaded on correctly
  • Heavy lifting of products in the yard

Pay & shift times:

A valid counter-balance forklift license is essential for this role. We cannot accept in house tickets for this role.

£13.50 Per Hour - Weekly Pay + Access to Manpower benefits and rewards
Monday to Friday role
Working times of 07:30am to 17:00
