Cover Supervisor – Brighton
Location: Brighton & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply options
Salary: £100- £180 per day

At Supply Desk, we’re working with a range of brilliant secondary schools across Brighton, and we’re on the hunt for dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step in and support students when teachers are away.

Whether you're an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone with experience in education or youth work – this could be your perfect next step into the classroom!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing the classroom and ensuring a calm, productive learning environment
• Supervising students’ work and supporting their learning when needed
• Handling questions, maintaining behaviour, and promoting engagement
• Feeding back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activities

About You:

• Confident in leading a classroom and managing behaviour
• A strong communicator with a professional, approachable manner
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and quick to think on your feet
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact
• Previous classroom experience is essential
