Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across a range of subjects during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on track with their learning

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining high levels of engagement and focus among students

Foster a positive, productive classroom environment, ensuring that students adhere to school rules and guidelines

Provide support to students where needed, answering questions and helping them understand lesson material

Apply effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policies
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an educational setting is ideal but not essential

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching experience is desirable

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with students

Flexible and adaptable to different subject areas and year groups

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to provide at least two years of professional references
