Job Description |
| We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role combines account management with proactive business development, perfect for someone who loves building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. In addition, you’ll play an active role in developing new business by following up on leads and engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and other prospecting activities.  Key Responsibilities - Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Identify and capitalise on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts. - Proactively follow up on warm leads and generate new business through outbound B2B calls. - Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently communicate value to clients. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.  Skills & Experience Required - Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a B2B environment. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and in person. - A proactive, results-driven attitude with confidence in outbound calling. - Excellent customer service focus  - Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. - Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.  What We Offer - £28,000 basic salary with monthly performance-based commission. - Full-time, permanent role with career growth opportunities. - Supportive team environment and on-the-job training. - Office-based role in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.  |
