About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a polite, professional individual with experience in customer service and administration. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing calls, processing and amending orders, handling emails, and supporting general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism
- Processing and amending customer orders accurately
- Managing emails and other communications promptly
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team
What We're Looking For: - Proven customer service experience, ideally in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Polite and professional manner at all times
- Excellent ability on Word, Outlook and Google Sheets is a must.
