Customer Service Advisor Duration: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Kettering, NN16 8UN Salary: From £26,190 per year Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months) About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference for customers? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our busy customer care hub. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of the company, assisting customers with orders, queries, and returns, while helping to drive improvements in how we operate.
