| A leading manufacturer, supplying tools to a wide range of industries are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service from order through to delivery. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing and Accounts, you'll help drive customer satisfaction and support business growth. This is more than a traditional customer service role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to our customers and sales team, supporting key accounts, collaborating across departments, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. As the Customer Service Advisor you will: - Manage customer orders received via email and web portals. - Respond promptly to customer enquiries and providing effective solutions. - Manage customer complaints through our internal systems, ensuring timely resolution. - Work closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve customer issues. - Become knowledgeable about our products, promotions, pricing and new product launches. - Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare reports and analyse customer, sales and service performance. - Attend and support customer meetings, either independently or as a team. - Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer meetings. - Attend customer meetings independently or alongside the Sales Team. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with: - Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Account Support role. - Experience supporting Key Accounts or working closely with Sales teams would be highly advantageous. - Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly. - Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. - Relationship building skills who enjoys collaborating with others. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer service. You will join a company who are committed to creating a friendly, fun workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to succeed.
